    Description

Lot of six vintage promotional items from gasoline stations and oil companies.  Most of these date back to the 1960s, although I suspect that a couple of these items were made in the 1950s.  Here's what's included:
Tiny Gulf 10W40 Oil Can Key Ring Charm
Made of plastic.   About 1" long.   Exact reproduction of full-size oil can.  Mint condition
    Cities Service Key Ring Charm
Made of metal.   Designed with openings for key ring or chain at both ends.  Includes Cities Service logo.  Also includes address of George's Cities Service gas station on west side of Cleveland, Ohio.  Telephone number of gas station begins with two letters, so this item was likely made prior to the mid 1960s.  Mint condition
    Sohio Medallion
Brass medallion the size of a silver dollar.  One side reads: "The Standard Oil Company of Ohio" and has the Sohio logo in the center.  Reverse reads: "In Recognition of Outstanding Achievement in Station Appearance" with the words "Sparkle Award" in the center.  Includes a small loop at the top so this medallion could be used as a key chain fob.   Mint condition
    Gulf Oil Tie Clip
Gold-toned metal tie clip pictures the "No-Nox" Gulf "Extra Kick" horseshoes along with the donkey.  Comes on the original paper card with the Gulf logo.  Mint condition
    Sunoco Mechanical Pencil
From "'Dick' Clark's Service" in Brecksville, Ohio.  Telephone number begins with two letters.  Mechanical pencil still operates.  Some light surface dirt on pencil.
    Shell Ballpoint Pen
From Greenbriar Shell in the Cleveland area.  Ink is dried up, but the pen "clicks" the way it should.  Mint condition
