Please message us first to our e-mail or contact page before sending any products or starting a return. Provide reasoning and details of why you would like to return your purchase. Upon the approval of your Return request, you must follow these instructions or the return process will take longer, the package will NOT be accepted, or a restocking fee may apply.
Returning the merchandise will result in a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges (for items which we offer free shipping, our standard shipping charges will be deducted from any refund or credit).:
Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, mint condition. Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and the blank warranty cards.
Spare Parts and Drones once opened from the original packaging or used (or flown) cannot be returned and will NOT be accepted.
Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned and will NOT be accepted. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within an additional shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
Please ship your parcel back to hdvparts using any courier service available and effective for you (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Etc). Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our store) is not reimbursable.

Returns can take up to 3 days in-house from the date we receive it to process.
When returning an item, please make sure you use a shipper which provides you with Insurance and a tracking number. Items returned without a tracking number might take much longer to be processed.
We do not require an RMA.
If you live or are in Florida you may bring the return to our Miami store for an exchange or refund.
