Eagle Rock A1-21000 Expanding Collet Fixture - Manual Cam Operated - No Handle

This listing is for the milling accessorie as shown
.  Good used condition overall but missing it's handle.  I was able to open and close easily with a wrench, but would be easier to make or acquire a handle.  The expanding collet that is currently installed measures appx  1/2" down thru it's open hole and the ledge above measures appx .750", which makes this a 3/4" collet I believe, although I am no machinist.  Made of cast iron and weighs appx 10.5 pounds and is measures appx 5.2" wide x 3.75" deep x 4" tall with the collet opening pointing straight up.
