Link box  has not been tested and is being sold as is.  This is the link box that gets hooked into the life fitness bike which then get plugged into the SNES. The Life Fitness Exertainment System is a product made by a collaboration of Nintendo and Life Fitness (a manufacturer of exercise equipment). It was designed to allow the player to exercise while playing video games, similar to Wii Fit but produced over a decade earlier. No Cords or A/C adapter is provided with this item.
