If the throttle body from your vehicle looks like the one in the auction photos, this kit should work.
Important information regarding this auction:
This NEW sensor is contact-less and will not become worn over time as there is no contact between parts.  The original sensors have a carbon resistor potentiometer strip that can become worn through as the wiper moves across it.  If your original throttle body has a worn throttle sensor strip, then this kit should fix your problem.  Keep in mind that the ETM can have other problems, so there is no guarantee this will restore your ETM if you have a good or bad throttle sensor strip.
If you are using your original ETM and it is in good working order then there is no need to update (ETM RELOAD) after the newly rebuilt throttle body is re-installed.
This kit should correct the following:
Rough or surging idle
A dirty throttle plate can stick, which will also cause a rough/surging idle.  We recommend cleaning the throttle plate before purchasing or installing this kit as that may clear the rough/surging idle issue.

You will need the following tools to properly install the new sensor:
T20 Torx Bit
Flat head screw driver
Dremel tool with cutting disc
10mm socket and wrench
Loctite (red is best)
Box knife
Soldering iron
Solder
Permatex Ultra Blue Silicone - Recommended as other types will deteriorate solder over time
Electricians tape
Clamp for lid (if needed)
Optional but RECOMMENDED:
Eye protection
Respirator or mask
Gloves
Vise - Very handy to hold module in place while working

NEW digital sensor and matched magnet
NEW replacement silver lid
NEW premium Fel-Pro gasket
NEW wire clamp
NEW wire loop tube (gray)

VERY IMPORTANT!  Please read the following:
It is VERY important that your ETM truly has a worn sensor to ensure the success of this kit.
There is a somewhat simple test you can do to check the old sensor for wear marks but this will destroy the sensor in the process:
Remove the old sensor (see last auction photo showing which side is the sensor)
Pull the old carbon strip out and hold it to the light (please see auction photo provided for an idea of what you're looking for)
If you CAN see light through the black part of the strip then this kit
should fix
your problem.
If you CAN'T see light through the black part of the strip then you may have a bad ETM (internal computer fault) and this kit
may not fix
your problem.
