is the previous-style PSB-7U with a
straight
DC plug (not right angle plug as on currently shipping PSB-7U), with a longer 6ft power cord (versus 3ft), no green power-on LED as on the current PSB-7U, and is a hair larger and heavier.  Otherwise identical to the current-style PSB-7U, and works with all Roland video switchers that use the PSB-7U.

. Most Roland/Boss musical instrument products have a plastic anti-short bushing/shroud/collar/grommet around the DC power connector, and require the current-style PSB-7U with the right-angle plug. The plastic insulator over the barrel/connector on this PSB-7U is too thick to fit into the protruding shroud/collar on the musical instrument products. If you need a PSB-7U for Roland/Boss musical instrument products, please see my other listing for the current style PSB-7U with a right angle plug.  Do not buy this one for Roland/Boss musical instrument products...it will not fit!
