1876 Centennial Exposition World's Fair Frosted Glass Lady Figurine
Spectacular frosted glass figurine from the 1876 Centennial Exposition at the Philadelphia World's Fair depicting a woman sitting perhaps with a dog in her lap, but I'm not sure.
This was probably offered as a souvenir at that exhibition. This was made by Gillinder & Sons and is marked on the bottom.
Used in very good condition. There is a very small chip on one of the woman's arms, see photo.
This is an antique original purchased from a glass collector's estate collection.
Measurements: 4.5" tall and the base is 2.5" in diameter
