    HEISEY GLASS #353 Medium Flat Panel Sanitary Straw Tray or Straw Holder. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
    Shown in Heisey's Colonial Years 1906 - 1922 by Clarence Vogel ("Vogel Book 2"), page 31.  Page 31 is duplicated in photo number four.
    No cracks.  Small chip on inside edge on both ends.  Hard to get a good photo of.
    Some scratches from use.
