    Not sure what can be done with this one. The tires turn and the friction power makes a bit of noise, but the hubs have melted onto the tires. One of the undermount screws is missing. I have not opened it up so I have no idea what it looks like inside. Please check out the photos carefully and ask any questions before bidding.
