Presented for your consideration is this neat vintage toy friction car. The car is made of tin and is of a Fire Department car. The body is painted bright red with white letters and a black roof. A fire chief and firefighter can be seen on the windows. The license plate on the back of the car reads "F. Chief D.5 1956." Bottom of the car is marked with the Bandai hallmark and reads "Made in Japan." The friction mechanism works and winds up. The car will travel a short distance and the bell chimes. This neat car is guaranteed to be old. Dates to the 1950s. Looks to be all original. This neat car would make a great addition to any friction or toy car collection!
Bell arch and bell are missing on the top of the hood. Front axle is bent slightly. Typical light wear from age and play. Overall in VERY GOOD condition. Please refer to the photos for the absolute best details.
Measures 7" long, 3 1/8" wide and 2 1/4" tall.
